Located at the corner of Atwells Avenue and Bradford Street at the entrance to historic Federal Hill, Garibaldi Park was redeveloped by The Omni Group in the fall of 2012. The 1/2 acre property was extensively improved with landscaping and hardscapes. A pavilion was also added to accommodate bands and other performances.

The development will consist of constructing three separate, three-story apartment buildings, each containing sixteen (16) residential apartment units.

The proposed adaptive reuse of this 50,000 Sq.
